EXPO & PACKET PICKUP

Join us at Santana Row Friday & Saturday to kickoff race weekend and get the race necessities, like your bib & shirt!

There will be 2 packet pickup options before race day:

  1. Friday, May 30: 3:00pm – 7:00pm 
  2. Saturday, May 31 – 10:00am – 2:00pm

 

Bib Pickup will take place at Santana Row Park (1008 Santana Row, San Jose, CA 95128), next to Vintage Wine Bar & Blue Bottle Coffee.

Your friend, colleague, or family member can pickup your bib & shirt for you! They will need your registration QR code and a photo of your ID.

Alternatively, you can purchase bib mailing or race morning packet pickup during registration, or after registration at the event store linked here

Yes! If you can’t make the Expo, a friend, colleague or family member can collect your bib & shirt for you. They will need your registration QR code and copy of your ID.

This year we’ve moved to dynamic bib assignments, so you did not receive a pre-assigned Bib #. It will be assigned on race weekend or has been assigned if you received your bib in the mail.

Your QR code will be sent to you on Race Week, ahead of Friday’s Packet Pickup

Yes, but only after you finish the race! Shirts can be exchanged at the post race festival on Santana Row, while supplies last.

Half Marathon presented by Kaiser Permanente – Sunday, June 1st @ 7:30AM

8K – Sunday, June 1st @ 8:30AM 

The start location for the Half Marathon & 8K presented by Kaiser Permanente will be on Stevens Creek Blvd, down the street from the Yard House & is linked here  

The Speed City Mile & the Kaiser Permanente 408Kids Fun Run will start on Santana Row. Exact location TBA shortly.

DEFERRALS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS

To switch/transfer to another distance use this link 

Note: participants are responsible to pay a price difference to upgrade their distance.  There are no refunds/price difference if you choose to switch to a shorter distance.

Unfortunately, registration is nonrefundable.  However the following alternative options are available:

The last day to defer to 2026, transfer to another person or participate remotely is: Sunday, May 25th

COURSE REGULATIONS

The following items are not permitted on the course:  Dogs or any pets, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, baby joggers, and any other type of vehicle (other than official Marathon vehicles).

These regulations are for your safety and the safety of the other participants in the race. We reserve the right to disqualify and remove anyone from the course who has any of the above items.

Participants who require a trained service animal in accordance with California law are encouraged to email [email protected] so we can best support your journey.

Yes! But please note: to enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, we encourage a headphone/earbud-free environment during the running of all of our races. You must be able to hear any verbal instructions or commands from race staff.

REGISTRATION

Online registration will be open until each race distance starts on race morning!

You will need to register yourself online before coming to the Solutions tent race morning to collect your bib.  Please note: Your shirt size may be sold out if you wait until the last minute to sign up. You may also register at the Expo.

Nope! Adults do not need to register to run with their child in the Kid’s Fun Run.
